01General Betting Policy
By placing any bet or wager at Menace Casino, you agree to comply with the game rules, payout structures and terms set out on this page. Menace operates its casino and sportsbook under a licence issued by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (ALSI-202506021-FI1), and in accordance with applicable laws. These betting rules work alongside our Terms & Conditions.
02Account & Eligibility
- Bets may only be placed by registered players physically located in an authorised region — the 29 restricted countries are excluded.
- All wagering must be conducted using the account registered to your own legal name.
- Shared accounts, or acting as an agent for another person, are strictly prohibited.
- You must be 18+ for the Anjouan-licensed offshore platform; PAGCOR-domestic Philippine casinos require 21+.
03Placing Bets
Bets must be placed before the start of a game or event. Late bets will not be accepted and, if mistakenly accepted, will be voided. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled — except in the case of a technical error or system fault, as determined by Menace.
04Types of Bets
Menace offers a wide range of betting options, each governed by its own specific rules:
- Sports betting — pre-match and live/in-play across 20+ sports, including football, basketball, tennis, cricket, boxing, MMA and baseball, plus esports (CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch) and virtual sports.
- Casino games — 6,000+ slots, table games, live dealer games and crash games such as Mines and Aviator.
- Live dealer tables — powered by Evolution Gaming, including Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Mega Ball.
- Crash & instant games — Provably Fair titles including Mines, Dice, Plinko and Limbo.
05Bet Settlement
- Bets are settled on the official result of the event or game.
- All settlements are made in your chosen account currency — USD, EUR or a supported cryptocurrency. Menace does not support PHP fiat; Philippine players use crypto.
- If a game is postponed, voided or cancelled, bets may be refunded according to the individual game's rules.
- Dead heat — when two or more selections tie, the prize is split proportionally between them.
- Palpable error — where odds are obviously incorrect, the affected bet is voided and the stake refunded.
- Cash-out is available on selected events, allowing you to settle a bet early.
06Bets Validity & Disputes
- A bet is valid only once it has been accepted and registered in the system.
- Disputes must be raised via [email protected].
- All decisions made by Menace regarding settlement are final and binding.
- If an internal dispute is unresolved, you may escalate to external ADR — AskGamblers — or to the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
07Bonuses & Promotional Betting
- Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
- The 10% lossback is wagering-free and applies to net losses across both the casino and sportsbook, as a single programme.
- Reload bonuses carry 10×–30× wagering, with a maximum bet of around $5 while wagering.
- Failure to comply with bonus rules may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

08Sport-Specific Rules
- Football — unless stated otherwise, bets are settled on the main 90 minutes plus injury time; extra time and penalties apply only to specific markets.
- Basketball — settled on 40 minutes for FIBA and 48 minutes for the NBA; NBA overtime is included.
- Tennis — depending on the market, a match may be settled if a player retires.
- Cricket — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applies to rain-affected ODI and T20 matches.
- Esports — settled on official tournament results, with map-by-map settlement for multi-game series.
- Boxing / MMA — knock-out, decision, disqualification and no-contest rules apply per market.
09Responsible Betting

10Fraud & Irregular Play
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in account action:
- Collusion, unauthorised software, AI tools or bots.
- Arbitrage abuse and syndicate betting.
- Multi-accounting — one player is permitted one account only.
- Chip dumping, money laundering and VPN abuse.
Accounts suspected of irregular play may be frozen pending investigation.
11Game-Specific Rules
Each casino and sportsbook game has its own rules, paytables and odds. Click the information (i) icon within any game to view its official rules. Table games, slots, live dealer games and sportsbook markets each have their own minimum and maximum bets, payout structures and timing protocols.
12Provably Fair
For crash and instant games, Menace uses Provably Fair technology. Players can independently verify the outcome of each round using SHA-256 hashing, confirming that the result was fixed before the bet was placed. Disputes relating specifically to Provably Fair outcomes follow a separate verification process, distinct from standard bet disputes.

14Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a system error or interruption, affected bets may be voided and original stakes returned. A malfunction voids all plays and payouts for the affected game instance.
15Regulatory Compliance
All betting activity at Menace adheres to the standards of the Anjouan Gaming Authority. Menace is not a PAGCOR-licensed operator — it is an offshore casino.
