02Definitions

"User", "Player", "You" refer to the individual using the service. "We", "Us", "Our" refer to Menace Casino. "Website" means the Menace site and its subdomains. "Services" means the online gaming, betting, promotions and related products offered. The Operator is UNOCOMPAÑIA S.R.L. (Costa Rica registration No. 3-102-927059), licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, Licence No. ALSI-202506021-FI1.

03Eligibility & Player Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age (the Anjouan offshore standard) or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — PAGCOR-domestic Philippine casinos require 21+.
• You must reside in an eligible region and not in a restricted country.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from gambling.
• Menace reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility (KYC at the operator's discretion).
• Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

04Account Security & Player Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account is regarded as your activity.
• Two-factor authentication (TOTP or SMS) is strongly recommended.
• Notify [email protected] immediately if you believe your credentials are compromised.
• One player is permitted one account only — multi-accounting is prohibited.

05Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

• Deposits are made via cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), USDC, LTC, DOGE, SOL, ADA, XRP, BNB, TRON and BCH.
• Fiat options are limited (UPI/IMPS for India only). There is no PHP fiat support; Philippine players use crypto purchased via Binance.ph or Coins.ph.
• The minimum deposit is $20, the minimum withdrawal is $10, and there is no maximum withdrawal.
• A 1× wagering requirement applies to your deposit before withdrawal — a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Transaction limits may apply for security and regulatory reasons.
• Crypto withdrawals are processed within 0–24 hours.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your banking and wallet details.

06Game Fairness & Software Integrity

Games at Menace use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Software is regularly tested and adheres to the standards of the Anjouan Gaming Authority. Crash games additionally use Provably Fair technology with SHA-256 verification. Any manipulation or misuse of games or software is strictly prohibited.

• By placing a bet, you acknowledge the associated rules and potential outcomes.
• Winnings are paid according to the payout schedule specific to each game.
• Winnings are credited in your account currency — USD, EUR or cryptocurrency. PHP is not supported.
• The maximum payout is typically up to $50,000 per single bet, varying by game.

08Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses carry specific terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates.
• The 10% lossback up to $1,000 is wagering-free, available for the first 7 days only, one-time per account, and requires opt-in.
• Reload bonuses carry 10×–30× wagering, with a maximum bet of around $5 while wagering.
• The VIP programme has 9 levels (1 point per €1 of casino spins, 3 points per €1 of sports bets).
• Menace reserves the right to amend or remove any promotion at its discretion.

09Anti-Money Laundering & Responsible Gaming

Menace implements robust anti-money-laundering measures in line with Anjouan and AMLC obligations. Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities. 10Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

• Accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Using bots, automated software or AI tools to play or bet.
• Syndicate betting and arbitrage abuse.
• Transmitting viruses or interfering with the stability of the service.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping and multi-accounting.
• Using a VPN or Tor to circumvent restricted-country rules.

11Inactive Accounts

12Account Closure & Termination

• Either you or Menace may suspend or terminate an account at any time.
• Closure is subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances.
• Grounds for termination include breach of these Terms, fraud or regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding bets are settled, and unsettled winnings may be voided where serious violations are found.

13Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and intellectual property on the Menace website belong exclusively to Menace Casino or its licensors. Unauthorised use, copying or distribution of any such material is strictly forbidden.

14Limitation of Liability

Menace is not responsible for losses arising from system failures, delayed communications, service interruptions or unauthorised account use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of your activity. Our maximum liability is limited to your account balance.

15Force Majeure

Menace is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including outages, regulatory changes and natural disasters. Such events may lead to suspension of the service without penalty.

16Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Menace harmless against any third-party claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros — not the Philippines, as Menace is an offshore operator.
• Disputes should first be raised with support via [email protected].
• Unresolved disputes may be escalated to AskGamblers ADR.
• If still unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan.

18Changes to Terms

Menace may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on this page. We will give 30 days' email notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force and effect.

20Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the linked Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming page and Betting Rules, constitute the full agreement between you and Menace Casino.
